Responsibilities:

The Director/VP of Operations is responsible for successfully managing all aspects of day to day operations at CPM Advisors. You will need excellent communications skills, a good understanding of strategy development and a passion for doing high-quality work. You will need a strong understanding of project management fundamentals, Web operations, the online advertising space and the complexity of technology as it relates to online ads and client and ad campaign management. This general management role will manage day to day operations including finance, web production, human resources and recruitment.

Requirements:

* Manage accounting staff and own deliverables related to collections, accounts payable, cash management and month end close.
* Manage corporate website production and coordinate product website development including design, resource management and advertiser- and partner-centric deliverables * Lead the management/development of back office interfaces with CPMa’s proprietary software products , customer service and Finance/Accounting Systems
* Help to recruit and retain top-quality staff, including managing sales programs.
* Be the central hub of communications for people working on the projects in engineering. Assist in project management.
* Keep projects on track, on time and on budget;
* Ensure all deliverables are of appropriate quality level, and success measures are met or exceeded;
* Escalate problems to the CEO, and recommend solutions.
