We help advertisers buy media efficiently - we simplify and streamline the process of running campaigns online and provide easy access for advertisers to thousands of ad inventory sources. The Job

Responsibilities:

• Take on multiple roles in development and help maintain applications.
• Build out dynamic, high-volume web sites/applications using Java and an Agile development methodology.
• Be able to wear many hats. This is a startup and you will have broad exposure and many opportunities.

The Qualifications

• Highly self-motivated, innovative, and proactive.
• Desire to succeed and extremely hard working.
• Solid understanding of Java and J2EE foundations, and related experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, and eager to learn new technologies as the need arises.
• Good communicator and able to work well with a team.
• BS/MS in computer science or other technical skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with open source technologies and a track record of using these skills on past projects.
• Experience in building out high traffic and high volume applications
• Work with extremely large datasets.
• Experience with or knowledge of technologies from all application layers, such as JSTL, Site Mesh, AJAX, CSS, HTML, Hibernate, Spring Framework (Core, Security), or anything similar.
• Good database modeling and SQL skills.
• Knowledge or hands on experiences with web service technologies, such as Axis, SOAP, XFire/CXF, or anything similar.
• Experience with Linux, Apache, Tomcat.
• Analytical: good with numbers.
