<p>Responsibilities: </p>
<p>&#8226; Take on multiple roles in development and help maintain applications.<br />
&#8226; Build out dynamic, high-volume web sites/applications using Java and an Agile development methodology.<br />
&#8226; Be able to wear many hats. This is a startup and you will have broad exposure and many opportunities. </p>

&#8226; Experience with or knowledge of technologies from all application layers, such as JSTL, Site Mesh, AJAX, CSS, HTML, Hibernate, Spring Framework (Core, Security), or anything similar.<br />
&#8226; Good database modeling and SQL skills.<br />
&#8226; Knowledge or hands on experiences with web service technologies, such as Axis, SOAP, XFire/CXF, or anything similar.<br />
&#8226; Experience with Linux, Apache, Tomcat. <br />
&#8226; Analytical: good with numbers.</p>

We&#8217;re looking for a smart hardworking person with a degree from a leading university who has a strong work ethic, great attention to detail and deep analytical skills. Previous experience in online advertising operations is strongly preferred.<br />
Your role will encompass the optimization and management of online advertising campaigns for CPM Advisors&#8217; clients and partners. The main focus of this position is to make sure our in-house systems are making good decisions in managing advertising campaigns for clients by monitoring traffic flow, applying additional statistical analysis, and interfacing with clients on performance and data management issues.  </p>

&#8226; Help teach clients how to use our self-service resources, and assist in communicating performance and creative-level data to clients<br />
&#8226; Find new profitable sources of media and new ways to enhance the value of existing media<br />
&#8226; Provide strategic analysis and insight on campaign delivery and management<br />
&#8226; Give feedback to the software development team about needed features and functionality in our software products<br />

<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<p>We are looking for an Advertising Operations Manager with previous experience in online campaign management and analytics. The primary focus of the role will be to monitor and analyze all performance data coming into our platform and to work with our operations and engineering teams to enhance our campaign management workflow and processes.</p>
<p>&#8226;&#9;Daily oversight of ad campaigns and systems to ensure success metrics are achieved. <br />
&#8226;&#9;Partner with account managers daily to monitor and track campaign performance, analyzing all relevant metrics <br />
&#8226;&#9;Work closely with engineering team to tune campaign setup in external systems and increase automation, and build additional tools and scripts to increase efficiency. <br />
&#8226;&#9;Analyze network-wide performance to understand value provided by publishers and data providers. <br />
&#8226;&#9;Write ad hoc SQL queries as necessary to evaluate both campaign and network-wide performance along multiple dimensions.</p>
<p>Requirements:</p>
<p>&#8226;&#9;Excellent analytical skills - very comfortable manipulating Excel &amp; pivot tables, writing and troubleshooting SQL queries <br />
&#8226;&#9;Excellent diagnostic skills, for example, to diagnose count or cost discrepancies with third parties or performance problems <br />
&#8226;&#9;Technical acumen to understand how to design campaigns that optimize the use of our technology <br />
&#8226;&#9;Quick to learn and embrace up new tools for reporting &amp; analysis <br />
&#8226;&#9;Good communications skills with operations/account managers and analysts<br />
